PCSO 4-Digit Lotto

The 4D Lotto is one of the many lotto games operated by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, more popularly called the PCSO. The lotto-operating body runs minor lotto games (Swertres, EZ2, and Small Town Lottery (STL) games) and major lotto games (6/58 Ultra Lotto, 6/55 Grand Lotto, 6/49 Super Lotto, 6/45 Mega Lotto, 6/42 Lotto, 6-Digit Lotto, and 4-Digit Lotto).

In playing lotto, the bettor must:

  • be 18 years old and above are allowed to play the lotto games
  • check the accuracy of the data printed on the lotto ticket most especially the combination and the play amount
  • not iron, fold, soak in water, or write anything in your lotto ticket except the portion designated for your name and signature
  • pay the lotto ticket fee of Php 12.00 each (inclusive of the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax or DST)
